  Before attending Collective, I had little to no relationship with my spiritual/religious/whatever side. I had been jaded by years of private Christian education and disconnected for years more after that. During an especially trying time in my life, I found myself attending Collective and it provided me with something I had never gotten at other churches. There is both a genuine warmth and compassion here as well as challenging intellectual explorations of Christian faith and spirituality. Collective isn't a place for hollow promises. It's a place to develop community through the struggle that many of us share grappling with the realities and mysteries of Christian faith and life in general.
