  My husband and I had to make the near-impossible decision to euthanize our 12-year-old girl on 5/6/2010. Prior to the dreaded appointment, our vet's office shopped around for pet cremation services for us and found Lasting Memories. My husband and I were totally grief-stricken and couldn't bear the thought of our baby being handled by strangers. However, everyone at Lasting Memories answered all of our questions along the way and reassured us as often as necessary that our baby was, indeed, in very good hands. They were extraordinarily kind and comforting. If you are going through such a devastating loss, don't let the worry of how your pet will be handled be a concern. I never want to face that kind of grief again but I will definitely trust the services of Lasting Memories if I ever need them in the future. You can have total confidence in their services from beginning to the time of delivery of your pets remains.
