  I am a member of a local mom's group, and have many many friends who have enrolled their 2-4 year olds in this school. I have heard many things about First United Methodist School, and every last one of them is positive.
  
  They are the only local preschool program that I know of that caters to families with a parent that stays at home. The entire school day is just over 3 hours, which is why the program is referred to as Parent's Morning Out. 2 & 3 year olds attend a couple days a week (MWF for the 3 year olds and either MWF or TTh for the 2 year olds), and 4 year olds attend 5 mornings a week.
  
  4 year olds attend the school for free because it is part of Florida's VPK program. For 2 & 3 year olds, the price is considerably less than the full day preschools, and still allows parents plenty of time to spend with their children each day... especially since they get to spend their mornings working on their to-do list!
  
  Many of the teachers are actually former elementary teachers who are drawn to the morning schedule, as it allows them to spend more time with their own children.
  
  The only problem with this school seems to be the fact that it is simply so wonderful, that it can be difficult to get in! I showed up the first day of open enrollment for my soon-to-be 3 year old and we're already on a waiting list.
  
  So, if you are not a member of the church or currently have a child enrolled, I strongly suggest that you call early in the year to find out the open enrollment date, and show up EARLY that day with your completed application in hand.
  
  Here's hoping a space opens for us!!!

  It is a nice preschool it has people who care it for 2 - 4 it is a nice preshool my mom works here and she is alsome her boss is so nice

  I feel welcome and challenged too. I'm looking forward to every Sunday but when Monday comes around feel ready to share what I've been given...

  This church is awesome. Everyone feels welcome and the holy spirit is present. Owen is an excellent preacher who has a message for everyone. They are big in helping the community with anything that they can. It is a real pleasure to attend First United Methodist Church. John Vick
